It is our answer to the fluffy, soft loaves you find in the store. This is a fine-textured bread with a combination of ingredients that makes the loaf especially tender and moist. Its more wholesome than most breads with no artificial preservatives and is loaded with milkeach loaf has the equivalent of 3/4s cup of fresh milk. Because of the butter and milk, it is richer than most white breads and yet it is so easy and affordable that you can bake it every day. This makes terrific sandwich bread. Please use a thermometer to measure water at exactly 80 degrees. A ten degree difference in water temperature can double the growth rate of the yeast. This product contains wheat, soy, and dairy products and may contain traces of eggs, peanuts, or tree nuts.
