Buying Online Potato Breads

Potato bread is light and airy, quite similar to regular bread but with a yellow tint and distinct potato flavor. Potato bread is baked by replacing a portion of the regular wheat flour. The ratio of potato to wheat flour varies in different recipes. Some recipes call for mashed potatoes and others need potato flakes. Replacing about 25 percent of flour with mashed potatoes results in a wonderful soft, moist loaf of bread. Potato flakes or flour is used in potato breads. You enjoy potato bread both - warm straight out of the oven and cold too with sour cream.
