The nonstick material used on this double burner griddle is PFOA free also. The 17” x 11.4” griddle size fits over two burners and as most all of Swiss Diamond’s cookware, works on gas, electric, ceramic and glass stovetops. The double burner griddle is also the perfect size to use as a cookie sheet or for naturally defrosting foods.
